This website is operated by Half For Love Limited. Throughout the website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Half For Love Limited.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.

Many of our products are made from natural stone, ceramic, wood, woven fibers, or other natural and handmade materials. Variations in color, veining, texture, shape, size, and finish are inherent characteristics of these materials and are not necessarily defects.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, and specifications may be changed at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed the order.
We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or unauthorized resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.
Please review your order information carefully before submitting it. Cancellation and return requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Retail purchases may not be made for unauthorized commercial resale. Approved wholesale and trade orders are governed by separately agreed wholesale terms, quotations, invoices, or purchase agreements. Where wholesale terms conflict with these Terms, the separately agreed wholesale terms will apply to the relevant wholesale order.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, PAYMENT, AND BILLING
Prices and currencies displayed on the website may vary according to your location or selected market.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices do not include shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Applicable charges will be displayed at checkout where supported.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or billing errors. If an error affects an order that has already been submitted, we will contact you before proceeding or cancel and refund the order.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage will pass in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Eligible retail customers may request a return within the period stated in that policy. Additional legal rights may apply depending on the customer’s location.
Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or special-order products may not be eligible for return except where required by law or where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Wholesale and trade orders are subject to separately agreed wholesale return and cancellation terms.

All content available through the Services, including the Half for Love name, logos, branding, text, photographs, graphics, product styling, videos, designs, and website layout, is owned by or licensed to Half For Love Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any purchase made through our store is a transaction directly between you and Half For Love Limited. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for the products, order fulfillment, or customer service relating to your purchase.
Your use of Shopify-supported features may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable policies.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
